Baking Class

In 2025, Year 2 pupils at The British School of Brasilia took part in a baking class designed to support learning through practical and collaborative activities. During the session, pupils followed recipes, measured ingredients and observed changes in texture and form, reinforcing concepts related to numeracy, sequencing and basic science. The activity promotes cooperation, attention to instructions and responsibility, while providing an opportunity for pupils to develop fine motor skills and an understanding of everyday processes within a structured and supervised learning environment.
