Festa Junina

At BSB, we also celebrate the Brazilian festivities. Therefore, Festa Junina is proudly incorporated as one of the many Brazilian traditions we have. The pupils take part in a wide variety of Brazilian games and activities before buying and eating delicious corn based treats, pastries and cakes.

At various intervals throughout the day, the crowd is wowed by stunning dances performed by BSB students - the infamous 'quadrilha' dance - and, believe or not, also by the parents! These dances are performed wearing full, traditional Festa Junina costumes, and are choreographed by our very own Brazilian teachers.
