Mr Ben Aspin

I have been teaching for 7 years, having taught all over England and in many different capacities. I have been a Science and Maths teacher in 3 different schools in Suffolk, a Primary teacher in York, and have joined the school after being a Head of Science in a school in Ipswich. I believe in the wonder factor - if students are not enjoying what they are doing, and can not explore new areas, they would not learn as well. You will see a lot of quirky and exciting things in my lessons, and hopefully will leave the room with a smile on your face and a mild headache from your own curiosity being fed! I am a keen baker, which will be seen as soon as I buy myself an oven in Brazil! I love to have group activities with friends, like Zumba, watching films, cycling and barbeques, and like to explode things in the lab (under every safety measure possible).
